Terms and Conditions for BitCoin Miner - Mining Pool
These terms and conditions apply to the Bitcoin Miner - Mining Pool app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Harshil Patel (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to all terms stated below. You are advised to read these terms carefully before using the Application.
Important Notice: Simulation-Only Disclaimer
The Application is strictly a mining simulation created for educational and entertainment purposes only. No real Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is mined, earned, transferred, or withdrawable. All values, mining power, coins, rewards, and balances shown in the Application are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
The Application is not associated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bitcoin, the Bitcoin Foundation, or any cryptocurrency organization. Any similarity to real crypto systems is purely for simulation purposes.

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease and you must stop using the Application.
Game Rules & Virtual Rewards
The Application contains games such as spin-based reward features. The following rules apply:
- All spin rewards, coins, and bonuses are virtual and have no monetary value.
- No real money, cryptocurrency, or assets can be earned, won, or withdrawn through the spin game or any part of the Application.
